Comfortable beds made for good sleep.
The air conditioning was turned off despite being promised. It was unbearable to sleep in such a hot room. Plus, the shower wasn't clean, with hair left on the floor and mold growing in places. It seemed like the staff had minimal regard for hygiene and comfort, making my stay truly disappointing.

The room we had was super clean and comfy. The breakfast had tasty pastries and cold cuts that made our mornings brighter. We loved lounging in the cozy TV room and taking breaks in the garden area after a day out. The only small downside was the lack of a lift for our heavy bags, but the staff helped us carry them up, which was much appreciated! 😊

Great Value & Friendly Vibes!
The place is tucked away in a quiet alley. The staff were super nice and always ready to help. Our room was small but modern, and the shower was awesome. It’s also close to the train station, which made getting around easier. Breakfast was decent, but I wish there was more variety. A fridge would’ve been handy too.

We loved our stay in this cozy hotel, perfectly located near the train station. The staff were incredibly friendly, making our family feel at home. Each morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast spread – a great way to start the day before heading out to explore hidden gems of Venice.
In my wife’s opinion, having a children's play area would enhance our stay.

The central location made getting around simple, and the room was surprisingly spacious and clean, perfect for resting after exploring. Appreciating the mini fridge in the room was a nice touch, and breakfast offered a solid selection, including some delightful cured meats. Unfortunately, the absence of a lift might pose a challenge for some guests with heavy luggage, and the breakfast options, while adequate, could benefit from more variety.

I loved the location of Villa Rosa. It's tucked away in a quiet alley, making it a peaceful spot while still being a short walk to the train station. The room felt modern and had a great shower, even if it was on the small side. Breakfast included was decent but could use a bit more variety. A fridge in the room would have been nice, too. Overall, I found the stay comfortable and a good value for the price.

The nearby Osteria al Cicheto served mouthwatering cicchetti that made my taste buds dance! Plus, the little garden area was ideal for chatting with fellow travelers in a relaxed atmosphere. The staff was genuinely friendly, ensuring I felt right at home.
While I missed having a double bed, the lack of variety in breakfast options left me wanting more than just greenish scrambled eggs.

Decent option for a city holiday in Venice with a great value-to-price ratio. The breakfast pastries were very nice. Just be ready for limited choice at breakfast.

The charming courtyard is like a breath of fresh air, perfect for a peaceful moment admiring the Venetian architecture. The friendly atmosphere made me feel welcomed, and the easy access to public transport was a blessing for my tired legs.
An elevator would definitely be appreciated for convenience.
